LET’S TAKE A LOOK AT "THE SPIRIT!"
Most "religious" people throw the word "SPIRIT" around like a huge blanket.
One word (Spirit), with one meaning that encompasses every "Spirit" written about in the Word of God!
Depending on man's interpretation, the definition of Spirit can conflate the entire meaning behind different verses in the Bible!
A SERIOUSLY HUMONGOUS ERROR!
Many pastors will preach about
"The Spirit!"
An entity that jumps inside of us, taking over our bodies. Making us do "stuff!"
"The Devil made me do it" type of stuff!
This being the last of our tutorials for the foreseeable future, today we're going to show you what that statement truly means.
According to what is written in the word!
SO, LET’S TAKE OUR TIME.
BEGINNING TODAY WITH THE LORD HIMSELF.
"CHECK THIS OUT!"
#1. GOD IS SPIRIT:
21 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father.
22 Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.
23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in Spirit and in Truth.

Let us explain exactly what the word "God" is. And what it means!
The Hebrew word for God is Eloheim/Elohim.
It is a uni-plural!
Singular in its pronunciation, but singular and plural in its definition!
(We'll discuss the Spirit of truth in a sec!)
But first, check Moses out, the Word of God tells us that the prophet Moses hung around (communed) with (JESUS) "the Lord" for so long at Mt. Sinai, that his face began to shine.
HERE'S WHY!
This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

WHAT WAS THAT LIGHT?
That light was JESUS in his natural state, after ascending back to heaven. After the resurrection!

JESUS was that same LIGHT that Moses saw at Mt. Sinai!

Moses hung out with the Lord Jesus (that light) for so long that he began to take on the same spiritual characteristics as God!

Why no similitude?
Because we all know this foolish man.
Before ya know it, he'd be worshiping the picture of God (like some do the cross), and not God himself.
Or he'd find some way to make a dime off of it, or create some bogus (non-biblical) doctrine using God's image!
It's Bad Enough As It Is!
So, God gave mankind the following directives, to guide us on our course to become just like them!

#2. ANGELS ARE SPIRIT!

WE JUST READ THAT ALL OF THE ANGELS ARE MINISTERING SPIRITS.
Including Satan! He ministers EVIL!
The Mormons (LDS) teach that the Evil Angel Satan is Jesus' brother.
The Seventh Day Adventist (Protestants) teach that the Angel Michael (warring Angel), is Jesus!
According to the Word of God, they both are WRONG!
COUNTERFEIT CHRISTIANITY!
The WORD of GOD teaches us that ALL the Angels are Ministering Spirits!
These are the same Spirits that God used to create the world and all that is in it!

The Spirit of God led Israel in the wilderness.

But yes!
ALL of the Angels are Spirit!
The word "Spirit," is interchangeable with the word Ghost!
Holy or Evil angels, both are Spirit!
The only battle between "good and evil" is the battle going on in our heads.
Whether to obey God's Laws, Statutes and Judgements or not!
The unholy angels that followed Satan, the Lord God uses those evil Spirits to chastise man.
Like the "beat down" from God, that king Saul received!
The Holy Angels are the Lord's HEDGES!
The Unholy (Evil) Angels are the Lord's BAT!

We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come, the praises of the LORD, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done.
How he had wrought his signs in Egypt, And his wonders in the field of Zoan: And had turned their rivers into blood; And their floods, that they could not drink.

So we placed a picture at the top of this tutorial a strange looking beast. With four faces. Can you imagine something like that "poppn up" in front of you.
NO WORRIES! BECAUSE IT'S NOT POSSIBLE!
WHY?
For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;

BUT IT IS POSSIBLE THAT AN ANGEL MAY BE SITTING NEXT TO YOU RIGHT THIS VERY MOMENT. AND YOU'D HAVE NO IDEA!
THE HOLY ANGELS CAN TAKE ON ANY APPEARANCE.
EVEN THAT OF MAN.
Hebrews 13: 2 Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.
Additionally, angels don't "make us do" anything. What Satan does is he finds our weaknesses and exploits them!
Providing us with opportunities to sin, which leads to death, and thereby eventually joining him and the angels that followed him into eternal DEATH!
#3. THE WORD OF GOD IS SPIRIT!
61 When Jesus knew in himself that his disciples murmured at it, he said unto them, Doth this offend you?
63 It is the Spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are Spirit, and they are life.

At the beginning of tutorial, we read John 4:24 that God is not only Spirit, but that we must worship him in "Spirit and Truth" right?
WELL, HERE'S THE TRUTH!
This particular Spirit we worship in that is Truth, is

#4. THE BREATH OF LIFE IS SPIRIT!

We indicated at the start, that not understanding about the SPIRITS is a HUMONGOUS error.
WHY?
Because we know the Lord JESUS can read our thoughts (like he did Sarah), if we continue in sin and will not be corrected by the:
Word/Spirit of
God/Spirit, God can "fix" your
Thoughts/Spirit where you cannot repent.
Which will ultimately lead man to have a Spiritual body which will allow us to Burn forever in the LAKE OF FIRE!

The natural body would simply burn up in the LAKE OF FIRE!
But the Spiritual body is eternal!
