Who decides who is a Jew and who is not a Jew?

 

The question is not "Who" but "What!"

And like every other nationality, what decides is the bloodline…

The Lord God of Israel (Jesus) the "Word," creator of all things seen and unseen did!

That “you're a jew if your grandmama was a jew" stuff, is unsubstantiated garbage!

A biological, non scriptural lie!

A (real) “Jew,” is a descendant of Juda. The 4th son of Jacob/Israel!

The only other objection to the rule is when the (3) tribes Juda, Benjamin and Levi returned to Jerusalem to rebuild the Temple in the days of king Cyrus. Benjamin and Levi came under the banner of Juda. 

These were the tribes who were dwelling in Jerusalem in 70ad., when the Romans destroyed Jerusalem. With assistance from the ancestors of the people calling themselves “jews" today!
